I have to say Victoria is quite a good organiser....last min organise an outing still managed to get 7 people to the Minds Cafe @ Boat Quay yesterday.....Since angee has blogged about the whole outing, I shall introduce one of the games that we played at the cafe......This game- Snortal is explained by Jascelyn as usual....(She seems to know alot of games!)
Let me explained how this game is played. This party game where everyone is an animal....or at least sounds like one. Each player chooses the sound of a typical farm animal and players quickly flip over cards, tougue-tied players stumble and stutter to blurt out the animal sounds of the other players. Before long, the "barnyard" will be filled with bales of laughter....

7 of us chose the respective animals- Jas(mouse), Vic(sheep), John(Dog), Raymond(Duck), Angee(Owl), Me(Snake) and Clarence(Donkey). This game can really freeze~ our brains from functioning manz....it's really hard to remember each other's animal especially when all the animals are shifted to the left. We had alot of fun teasing at each other so for future trainings, if anyone hear any animal sounds, you will know what's going on haha..

Anyway I have applied for the membership of Minds Cafe so we can hang out there more often and try out on the games....let me know if anyone need to rent any games from there....too bad tag 6 is not for rent...so i guess i have to make one soon...haha~

It has been a long day for me....training, tuition, shopping, supper....damn shagged....Hope you guys have enjoyed 2007 1st bowling training! School starting on Monday....maybe we can meet up in sch or hall for some activities...haha maybe @ HuiHeng's Kafe at Hall 13 k? .....cyaz...

Project Superstar Semi-final 2

Glad to see many people started blogging and tagging in this bowling blog. Thanks everyone for making this blog more interesting and interactive!Good Job!Continue to blog about anything you want to!

Well for this entry, let me blog about something else which is not really related to bowling but I find it an interesting experience.Wahaha. On Tuesday, I went to Mediacorp with Xiuyun and Melissa for Project Superstar 2 Semi- final 2 Live Recording. I went there to support my neighbour, Averil, while the other two went there to "see see"....I have been going there for the past few performances as I find the live recording more interesting than watching on tv since the audience can see the process of recording and how Quan Yifeng and Wang Jian Fu hosted the show. They were damn funny lah..cracking jokes with the audience and teasing at each other.However the recording can be a bit draggy due to the NGs and the long comments given by the judges which the viewers cannot see on tv. We were seated quite near to the stage and could be easily captured on the screen. Xiuyun and Melissa were busy trying to cover their faces from the camera haha....but after some time they gave up....hope they enjoy themselves!

For those people who do not watch or support this show at all, let me give you an update. This semi-final consists of 4 guys (from left- Kelvin, Daren, Le Sheng, Nat) and 4 girls (Diya, Michelle, Carrie and Averil) battling out for the top 3 spots. This week's theme is oldies and each has to sing one 1970s song. The below video is the MTV for this week's theme- Ai De Chu Ti Yan.

Happy 2007, NTU Bowlers!!!

NTU Bowlers Rawks!!! (NTU Invitational 2007)

2006 has been a good year for NTU Bowling Team as we have done extremely well in several competitions which includes MDIS, UiTM, SUG and NTU Invitational. May this new year be another great year for all of us......Happy 2007!!!

Shall blog on some of the past events in 2006 next time......take care......
